Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

The New York State Department of Labor will provide exhibit space at no cost to participating businesses.

In exchange for these services, participating businesses must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • We require jobs available at the job fair be posted on our Virtual Career Center system. To self-post your positions, please visit our new job posting and talent sourcing platform, the New York State Virtual Career Center - https://dol.ny.gov/virtual-career-center.
  • Business must remain on the exhibit center floor for the entire duration of the event.
  • Business will report all hire data from the event to the Department of Labor.
  • Business will not discriminate against the unemployed, formerly incarcerated or any other protected class.

Failure to meet these terms could result in not being invited to participate in future Department of Labor events.
